Return and refund policy

This policy is designed to ensure that you are clearly aware of our return and refund policies and procedures. By ordering from this store you accept the policies contained herein.

14-day return policy

You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

To request a return, contact us at contact@antoniosclothing.com and include:

  • Your order number
  • The item you wish to return
  • The reason for the return
  • Photographs if the item is damaged, defective, incorrect, or materially different from its description

We will send you the applicable return instructions and return address by email.

Do not return an item before receiving our instructions.

Return condition

Returned items must be in their original condition, with all tags and original packaging included.

Clothing may be tried on as it would be in a physical store. Items showing signs of excessive wear, washing, damage, alteration, stains, odours, or missing tags may not qualify for a full refund.

Proof of purchase is required.

Damaged, defective, incorrect, or misdescribed items

Please inspect your order after delivery and contact us as soon as possible if the item:

  • Arrived damaged
  • Has a manufacturing defect
  • Is different from the item ordered
  • Is materially different from its description

After verifying the issue, we will provide an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement, exchange, refund, or prepaid return label.

You will not be charged return shipping for a verified damaged, defective, incorrect, or materially misdescribed item.

Free size exchanges

If the selected size does not fit, you may request one free exchange for another available size within 14 days of delivery.

We will provide return instructions and a prepaid return label for an approved size exchange.

If you prefer a refund instead of an exchange, the return will be treated as a change-of-mind return, and you will be responsible for the return shipping cost.

Change-of-mind returns

You may request a return within 14 days of delivery if you change your mind or no longer want the item.

For change-of-mind returns:

  • The customer is responsible for return shipping costs, the return address is in CHINA.
  • The return must be sent using a tracked shipping service.
  • The item must meet the return-condition requirements above.
  • We do not charge a restocking fee.

Original shipping was provided free of charge and therefore no original shipping fee will be deducted from the refund.

Return process

  1. Contact contact@antoniosclothing.com within 14 days of delivery.
  2. Wait for return approval and return instructions.
  3. Send the item to the return address provided by our customer-support team.
  4. Use a tracked shipping service and retain your shipping receipt.
  5. We will inspect the item after it arrives.
  6. We will notify you whether the return has been approved.

The return address may differ depending on the product and destination. Returns sent without approval or to an unauthorised address may not be accepted.

Refunds

Once your returned item has been received and approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5 business days.

Your bank or payment provider may require additional time to display the refund in your account.

Order cancellations

Cancellation requests must be sent to contact@antoniosclothing.com within 24 hours of placing the order.

If the order has already been dispatched, you may request a return after delivery in accordance with this policy.

Non-returnable items

The following items cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged, defective, incorrect, or materially different from their description:

  • Personalised or customised products
  • Special-order products made according to customer specifications
  • Gift cards
